Information for Existing Digital Mailbox Customers in Southfield
You must schedule an appointment to pick-up your mail and packages between the hours of 4pm and 5pm Monday through Friday. If you have a digital mailbox with iPostal1 or Anytime Mailbox you can log-in to your account to schedule the pick-up through those platforms. If you need assistance using the pick-up features in iPostal1 or Anytime Mailbox contact us at southfield@mailcenterone.com. If you have a digital mailbox through PostScanMail, you can email us at southfield@mailcenterone.com to schedule a pick-up of your mail.
